        Dr Ooii is the most lovely and patient Doctor/Surgeon. He books me in for sinus surgeries, when necessary, promptly and I've never had any post surgery pain!

        Had a Tonsillectomy on 2/10/20. Surgery went well with no complications, aside from some slight bleeding on day 4 (which I was able to control at home thankfully). Tonsillectomy as an adult is not fun and for me personally it took a full month to fully recover. Dr Ooi explained all this beforehand but also reassured me I would be better off in the long run (which is what you have to keep in mind as you're experiencing pain and discomfort for a long time after!). Nursing staff were great, can't really comment on the food as I couldn't keep much of it down due to the general anesthetic. Vomiting was terrible after the procedure but that is how I react in general, regardless of who does it. All in all, I found Dr Ooi professional, caring and knowledgeable. He puts your mind at ease too. Highly recommend.
