Bonnie Wigs

My advice to shop is to make it clear to customers that they need a skull cap to try on wigs. Put a sign up. I had bought a wig here last year but forgot to bring skull cap with me, so could not try on another wig. Another sales assistant was on a personal phone call and very loud and distracting. I am not returning to this shop. Unprofessional.

Very disappointing service. Disgusting, really. Firstly, we expressed we were after a wig with black hair as thats my mothers natural colour. The assistant turned her nose up and said you dont want black in a demeaning manner. Shouldve walked out then. Let me tell you - loosing your thick hair that is past waist length to chemo in your 40s is extremely distressing! Disgusted that my mother was continuously left to sit in a chair with a see through wig cap on, no privacy, no concern for her feelings whatsoever. Instead of the shop assistant simply returning with the wigs we had chosen, we were left waiting time and time again for her to finish the lengthy conversations she would inject herself into with another customer and/or left waiting as she took it upon herself to fetch a wig for this same customer (a customer who came in to store after us and already had a shop assistant serving her!). By the end of the experience my mother was almost in tears. To the older lady that served us - Im positive you have been in retail long enough to know you are meant to make your customer feel somewhat special. You didnt even try.
