SA Water

Feed up to the hilt with S.A.Water. I do NOT have regular access to the internet. I have rang S.A. Water since the day after I received my last water account as I had a problem with it. I have rang NINE (9) Times, continually on hold & recorded messages and NOT once got to speak to anyone: After being "On Hold" for ages every time had to end up hanging up, I also wrote a letter posted five (5) weeks ago to Snr accounts manager NO reply. Have Hand Delivered a letter to S.A.Water in Victoria Square, still NO reply. I still have Not paid my account as I can NOT get to speak to anyone and MY letters NOT answered. I am even still owed several hundred dollars & compensation S.A.Water were suppose reimburse from a problem which occurred on Council land outside my property area an October YRS ago. I paid for and After Hours Plumbers.... NOT Happy with S.A.Water !

Quite possibly the most useless company we have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. We live in a home with gates and have a dog so having to leave the whole place open for a 12 day period until one of their delicate geniuses turns up to read our metre is ridiculous. Our dog has to stay stuck inside for that whole period and anyone can waltz on in through our yard. A shorter read period to satisfy your customers cannot be that hard. You need to do better...

Contacted SA water Thursday,they were at my home Friday morning.sean was the worker.what a helpful and knowledgeable man he is.couldn't be happier with the service and the serviceman.well done SA water.
