VFS Global Adelaide

I've been trying for over 4 weeks to get an activation email to activate my vfs account to make a booking for a French visa. I'm still waiting and am getting nowhere. They keep saying they will fix the problem and NEVER do. I'm am now really stressed and time is running out.

The worst ever customer service at Adelaide VFS. Firstly, it takes ages to book or to get an appointment. The waiting period is too long. After, one manage to get some appointment they confuse with useless system of paperwork and make you feel that you are an illiterate. Each time you manage to get all paper work sorted they find loopholes and waste one's time. After submitting the documents they do not even take guarantee from the consulate's side. Too expensive and a total waste of one's time. You feel like you have entered some outdated Indian Government Welfare Office with no help expected from any one.

Such a brilliant staff. Everyone is very calm and quite here. Very helpful and even Officer Kupra she is such a gem. She helped us in a very calm way. Really appreciate. Thank you so much for such a good service.
