Opens late at 11am even when you are in a 24/7 hospital. Not flexible & doesn't know how to please customer (customer service needs to be improved): Staff was not proactive or being at alert state, they asked me to repeat my saying again and again everytime I said something. I came abit early at 10.20am because I have limited break time and ask if they can take my order (because they haven't opened yet) then I can come grab my meal later during the day but refuse to do so. Kind of disappointed and sad to see how this Viet food stall runs their business and treats their customers like that, from a point of view of a Vietnamese.

It was ordinary, quite expensive for what you get. The Pho was quite bland no spice like ginger, cinamon,etc that normally used in traditional pho.

How can you get Banh Mi so wrong. It was the most expensive $9.50 and worst that I have ever had. I ordered a Roast Pork and Crackling roll. Not one piece of crackling. The roll was dry. The pork was dry. The carrot was dry. The cucumber was dry. I had to eat this with a mouthful of water. Just plain awful and a rip off. Do yourself and eat elsewhere.

I think I think pork was microwaved. Tough as an old boot. Second time I've eaten there. Full of mayonnaise. Not good.

Good service and nice staff Terrible bun bowl. No flavour, all noodles no salad, pork was dry and flowery, no seasoning such as nuts or chilli. All round very un-authentic
