Bought a deadlock for my bike, good price. However the service was lacking and I didnt feel comfortable in the space. Volunteers and paid staff really need to up their game and attempt to be inclusive and considerate. Its 2022 this is expected, the bike community is expanding and diversifying and volunteer/charity orgs MUST reflect this diversification. Dissapointed with my visit here as i was looking forward to being included and potentially volunteering.

I too have been a victim of Mike Briscos appalling attitude toward me and have witnessed it toward some non English speaking people. Being a volunteer is no excuse. It is of no consequence to review Mike Briscos disrespectful and rude childlike manners and behaviors here. If you wish to complain about his bad attitude and wrongful practices to authorities then this is not the place to do so, as ironically, Mike is also the administrator of complaints against him so it is a futile exercise. To lodge a complaint correctly you should contact the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) and you can notify Consumer and Business Services (CBS). I would also recommend the Adelaide City Council and if necessary your local Minister of Parliament. Please note, as I mentioned above, ironically, Mike is also the administrator of complaints against him so it is a futile exercise. Kind regards, Rolf De Jager.
