For further reference, DO NOT use Optus forever!!! I have been with Optus for years and recently I found a better plan with another company so I decided to port out my service from Optus into the new company, and that was the start of my nightmare. As soon as I login my information and application, Optus CANCEL my service without my consent, the new company has not finished their port in progress with Optus which means they can not activate mobile number. We try to contact the Optus but they either not responsed you or just machine-talked to you with useless conversation. I am so done with optus, I will never never use optus again but I want to remind my dear community that please be mindful of your choice, as in future if you ever decide to port out from optus, you are doomed to go through what I have be through: no mobile service for 72 hours and they dont care as you are leaving.
P.S the reason I decided to port out from optus is because they increase my service fee without letting me know.
