UniLodge City Gardens - Student Accommodation Adelaide

The altitude of residential advisor is extremely bad, it is useless to call them to report noise pollution at night, as they will ignore your phone calls. Also, there is no way to complain in UniLodge City Gardens, the manager Kimberly Young supports the RAs fault and her altitude is worse too. It is so stressed and uncomfortable and unhappy to live here.

I am the UniLodge City Gardens resident. Not only the neighbours are noisy, most importantly, there are always some groups of people shouting out loud and producing large noise in the basketball court at night and in the evening. I cant do my work, even I cant sleep well. Most seriously, I called the resident advisor about this noise pollution at midnight, the RA did not answer the phone calls. After I called a few times, the RA even blocked my phone!!!!! Then, I ask the manager about this, and she told me it is not the RA fault, she supports the RA!!!!! UniLodge City Gardens should reflects what they have done to me!!!! Btw noise pollution is a common thing in City Gardens.
