Great Company, was happy from the beginning to the end. Sales person did not push , all questions were answered promptly and communication was great. I believe, I got a very good solar system for a reasonable price. System was fitted as scheduled by professionals and I was very happy with their workmanship. All works fine , now I am waiting for my first solar electricity bill.

Very good systems, I have had no issues with it. Very honest quotation. My first full quarterly bill was reduced by more than $700!

Regen Power were good at installing the panels and inverter, but as soon as I had a problem with the inverter, they didn't want to know. This is a good company as far as price of the system goes, but their after sales service is non-existent. Incidentally, many of their good reviews are the result of doing a deal with customers: in exchange for a positive review there is a an added discount on the price. Perfectly understandable that people then give a good review. When I phoned consumer affairs and I found out that the problem of after sales service in the solar industry is commonplace. And also, once I started looking for an independent company to fix my problem (a costly business) I discovered that there is a whole industry out there of solar system repairers - fixing the problems the solar installers refuse to touch. So I think its a salutory lesson to do a bit of research and don't jump for the cheapest installer. Better to spend more with a company which offers the full deal - and these do exist!

After searching through the solar companies, comparing panels, inverters and materials that they use and deals with pricing I was surprised when dealing with Regen Power. They werent like the rest, very upfront with pricing, materials that would be used, informative information about Inverters, panels and with system sizing. After agreeing with their proposal and install dates I was completely confident that we would have our 10.5kW solar system at last. On the day of install the workers arrived on time with every part required with all the material brands I was told about, before I knew it they had installed and gone as if nobody was every there. The workers cleaned every bit of mess up including brick dust from drilling the walls and every bit of material packaging. A company that not only installs what they say they are going to but but exceeds the expectations.
