        Great service, knowledgeable. Updates of my order when they come in. My order arrived and she is perfect. My Kamiq Monte Carlo was presented to me perfectly and cannot thank the team enough for all their efforts and updates through the journey.

        I have left these guys a good review when we purchased our SUV from their Hillcrest dealership a few years back. The car responds seamlessly and we never had a problem up until a few days ago when the battery failed. Skoda was quick to remedy the problem and once again I could not fault their service. They went above and beyond for customer satisfaction a very rare occurrence in recent times. Special mention to Hamish and Damien, as well as Aldo (mechanic).

        Youd think for a $480 service that they could at least provide a car wash, as other dealerships do (& Skoda have done in the past) Unfortunately all they care about is pushing service packs, upsells and know little about what theyre offering you. Disappointing, after the sales team sell you a positive experience.
