First of all, I did not receive any verbal or written explanation of any possible side effects or risks. Instead the doctor recommended me this procedure promising high performance results that will "improve my facial impression", thus, leading me to "unrealistic expectations". If this procedure may have side effects and may not work, I should have been informed when I consulted my doctor. But I never heard of anything like that. I want to know if it is a professional behavior to guide other procedures without saying anything when consulting such important things. Second, the doctor did not provide me with the consent form. I've only written my name that I thought it was registration. Lastly, the nurse took the photos before the procedure so they should compare before&after results on my upper eyelid when I was there. =============================== I had Botox done about two weeks ago on my forehead, frown lines, crows feet, for eyelids lifting, and corner of my mouth. I planned to get Botox only on my forehead and frown lines but during the consultation the doctor recommended me to get Botox on the corners of the mouth as well. I was told that it would raise both corners of the mouth and improve my facial impression. After the first procedure, I was informed that I could receive retouched after two weeks. I was satisfied with the results around my eyes and forehead as the wrinkle lines seemed less visible, but I couldn't see any changes around the corners of my mouth. Also after the injections above my eyebrows the botox went down to my eyelids. Thus instead of having eyelids lifting I got an opposite effect - dropped eyelids. I was fine until I went to the second appointment because I believed that the doctor would fix problems for me. I gave her feedback on how I felt last two weeks and told her I couldn't see any difference in the shape of my lips. She said that Dont take a shot next time. It wasn't the answer I expected. When she recommended me a lips shot, she didn't give me any information that it might not work. I don't think it's a very professional answer to say, "Don't get it next time then. I was extremely disappointed with such an unprofessional attitude so I stopped giving her further feedback. She started to recommend me another procedure that was much more effective and then she left me with the nurse to guide me through the recommended procedure after the injection. However, I have no intention to visit Harmony Aesthetic Clinic again because I've already lost faith in this place. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

The staff are friendly, easy to make or change bookings. I had good results with pigmenataion treatment. I highly recommend the clinic.

I had IV drips, tried vampire facials, dewdrop, forma and add on skin boosters. Its been few months I have had pretty bad acne that bothering me, Dr Kathleen is very informative and give the best advice to treat acne my skin is healing and healthier than before and recently tried Collagen stimulation booster Gouri I can feel it my skin just fell in love with Gouri. The staffs are very friendly and lovely. One of the best clinic in Adelaide. Highly recommended
