If youre looking for aerosols for your next artwork/mural this is the place to go. Thanks to Morgan for awesome customer service and advice. It was great to be served by another artist to bounce ideas off. The whole shop is such a vibe.

Excellent customer service when I was told the board I ordered was out of stock, they gave me plenty of options and i let them pick for me, would recommend to all my friends.

I dipped in one Saturday afternoon to enquire about a few crusier skateboards. I'm new to skating and want to pick it up. I was greeted by a lovely blonde girl (sorry I can't remember your name!) And she helped talk me through the selection of boards and protection. It gave me lots to think about. The following week I emailed the store to see if I could reserve one of the boards I'd seen at the weekend as I couldn't get into the shop in time after work. Unfortunately, it was sold out! But I received a very detailed email that ran me through similar products and options. I went to the store on Thursday, when it's open until 9pm, and was greeted by Adrian, who encouraged me to test out a few boards. It was so much fun and actually really valuable. Once I'd decided what I wanted another employee, Sam, came to help me pick out suitable protection for me (helmet and pads). He was so easy to get along with and it made the whole experience so enjoyable. At the end of my visit they even gave me a discount for buying everything there. Everyone I've met in Da Klinic has been so welcoming and fun (even the guy who started in the shop that day! Haha) it made me want to join their team! Do not hesitate to buy from this lovely store, its a way better experience than buying these sorts of things online.

Excellent customer service. Very friendly and helpful over the phone. I ordered the wrong size skates which could have been avoided if Id called first. They were very helpful with the returns process and getting another pair. They shipped immediately. Would highly recommend going through a company that answers the phone like these guys than risking it with other online organisations.
