York Apartments

We spent over an hour trying to get into the York Apartments. They are actually called the Pacific Apartments & there is nothing to indicate that they are anything else. There is no reception inside. An email guided us to a lock box behind the building in a carpark. The lock box did not open with the code we were given. After several attempts we contacted the contact person to be told we had been given the wrong code. Eventually we got in & the apartment was quite nice, but it definitely wasn't worth the effort.

Booked this accommodation through AirBNB for one night to sleep 5 of us for a hens night, and it really was everything we needed. The apartment was easy to access, it was clean, it was spacious, and it's so central! It made it so easy to come and go between events. Most places of similar price have a queen and bunks, whereas this place has two queens and a double sofa bed, which is great when you have a group of adults who don't want to feel like they're at school camp. Thanks to the owner!
