Dr Fiona Goldblatt sets the standard for what a doctor should be - kind, empathetic, proactive, thorough. Within my first appointment she was able to give me a diagnosis and a treatment plan. I phoned the office with an update on my progress and she called me back the same day. Prior to my appointment I'd seen a lot of medical professionals and had just about given up hope. Now I'm happy to say the nightmare is finally over.

I am so thoroughly disappointed in Wakefield House. Several previous administrative difficulties have occurred but this most recent blunder is the cherry on top. I am studying in Melbourne, and therefore cannot attend in person appointments due to border closures. When I called to confirm that Dr Goldblatt would be able to take a phone consult, I was told this would be an additional charge. Interesting the receptionist brushed past this and continued with the conversation so I asked how much this additional fee would be. On top of the several hundred dollars to see Dr Goldblatt, I was informed that for her to call my mobile I would be charged an additional $120. When I verbalised my shock at this unnecessary additional charge, I was informed that all specialists charge this phone consult fee. I can confirm my other specialists do NOT do this. I am so disappointed in the lack of compassion and care provided by Wakefield House, given the fact it was literally illegal for me to attend in person due to border restrictions. I hope in future they can be more compassionate to other patients for a change in appointment which in fact reduces overheads, not increases them - and certainly not by $120.

Very caring, understanding,and very professional, have been going to Dr True for more than 10 years,, have tried main stream hospitals, but have not had the same result.
