        Ive emailed customer service several times in regard to waterproofing issues causing internal and external issues and have had no response at all. The timber look facade and internal skirting boards have warped on both the front and rear of my home. The corner beads are starting to show through the gyprock in the bathroom. Would greatly appreciate Tandem/ Commercial and General rectifying these issues at their earliest convenience.

        They lie to get you to sign a contract. Once your property is built, they wash their hands and take no responsibility for things that have been done incorrectly.
