I recently engaged Metro Homes for the construction of my new house, and I must say that I am extremely satisfied with their services. The house was well-designed by Brian Bellinger, and the final outcome was in line with my expectations. Throughout the construction process, site supervisor Matt Rowan was great at keeping us in the loop. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had, and his attention to detail ensured that everything was done to perfection. Although there were a few minor delays with the construction, Metro CSR Rebecca communicated very well in relation to the delays and steps being taken by Metro to find alternative solutions, Her professionalism and excellent customer service skills made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Overall, I am very happy with the outcome of my new house, and I would definitely recommend Metro Homes to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy construction company. We built our family home with Metro and couldnt be happier. From walking into the metro office and choosing the house plans to moving into our home the whole process took just over 12 months. From the get go, they listened to what we wanted what we didnt want and how he wanted our house. All the staff there are amazing and work with you to How do you want things done. They set a price and that was the price. Honestly, couldnt be happier if you want to build a house go see Elle from Metro. Shes a breath of fresh air and you honestly get the house you were dreaming of. A massive thanks to the whole team at Metro!
