Had a good experience renting from this agency. All matters dealt with professionally and promptly. Yan - Li is very personable and an excellent ambassador for the company. Being a smaller agency means they know their properties inside and out - which made for a nice change compared to some of their larger corporate cousins.

I will support the previous review. They have tried to get money out of us for little things and weve found valid legal reasons to contest it and finally settle in. They said they will manually process the bond refund cos they missed the deadline via CBS. Its been a month since the final agreement and bond still hasnt been processed. They are unprofessional and beware of the lady called Yan Li. Very sketchy agent who does not keep her word. Advertised rental isnt actually the rent and she has asked us to bid more. Only to realise shes also the landlord. No professionalism.

I have deal with numerous agents over the past 20 years with mixed experiences, from abysmal to excellent. Yan-Li was efficient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She has a personable manner and is very professional. I highly recommend her.

Ive found Yan-Li, Derek and the whole team at Buchan Lee very easy to get along with, helpful, and non-intrusive. Easy to recommend.

As a 3-year tenant, I am pretty sure that this is a wonderful company and everything I need was nicely satisfied!
