Finding a reliable property management agent is crucial, especially after our past negative experiences. Fortunately, we were introduced to Precilla Bradicich from Century 21 City, highly recommended by a friend. From our short time working with Precilla, we have been thoroughly impressed with her professionalism and proactive approach to property management. Precilla consistently goes above and beyond to ensure both the owners (us) and the tenants are well taken care of. She takes great care of the property while also addressing the needs and concerns of the tenants. This balance is crucial for maintaining a harmonious landlord-tenant relationship. One aspect that particularly stands out is Precilla's meticulous open-house inspection campaign. In a matter of just a few days, she successfully rented out our property to reliable tenants. Additionally, she efficiently handles all the necessary paperwork, bills, and maintenance tasks associated with the property. So ive rented with these guys and there is one property agent named Jackson who has breached contract by coming into the property without prior consent. I also have an issue with my gas company as they cant find the meter, neither can we. When we asked Jackson where it was he said that it's not his responsibility to find out. I have to pay a "guess-timate" - an estimated fee based on the average family as the gas company is unable to find the meter. This means im either paying too much or not enough and will get a large bill when they do find a meter. Jackson's response has been that he doesnt really care as its not his reaponsibility, and insinsts on doing the bare minimum. Ive asked him to correspond via txt message for record keeping purposes but he reguses to do so. He looks about 16 years old and talks to me with a disrespectfull tone. Ive worked in service delivery roles for most of my adult life. If i spoke to a stakeholder like that I'd be sacked on the spot but the management dont seem to care. Today someone entered my property without prior consent. I raced home but they had gone. I have things in my house of value, what of a repairman had taken them? Ive got family heirlooms that are irreplaceable. Half of which were stolen at a previous property so I'm already on-edge. Its unearving that someone can just enter your home like that. Im paying the owner's mortgage and then dome, surely I should be treated with the proper respect. I dont feel comfortable living here anymore. Its nothingagainst tne owner, who is lovely, its thisagency. I have 6 months left on the lease. I am thinking about breaking the lease due to the breach which may mean the owner will be out of pocket. I own a property interstate and I wont be renting with this mob.

We couldnt have asked for better real estate agents! The rental application process was smooth. The property handover was very-well organised - we received a tenancy handbook and it was really helpful in terms of knowing our landlord and agents expectations. Deb and Lyndon not only carried out their duties in a professional manner but they did so in an accommodating and friendly way. They were very responsive to any queries whether by phone or email especially with requests for repairs. I also appreciated that they were always on time for rental inspections, and were thorough but not over-the-top. Having them as our property manager with their professionalism and warmth definitely made us feel like we would want stay in the property for longer, and that the property was in good hands. Thanks Deb and Lyndon!
