BMT Tax Depreciation

Waited months for the inspection to occur (although can appreciate we are still impacted by COVID). Have paid my fee, and waiting for my report so I can forward to my accountant. Have now been waiting for 3 weeks with no updates and or information as their servers are apparently down (hopefully not hacked). Not instilling confidence in my investment and honestly contemplating requesting a refund and going through a competitor.

surveys (x2) carried out, invoices paid, asked where the surveys are and got a reply saying servers were down (maybe pay the AWS bill) and 9 days later, nothing. Have they gone under?

Asked for a quote. They were expansive. And now they keep emailing me my quote and spamming me with their garbage. Even after I unsubscribe from their maing list. There are better tax depreciation company's

We regret asking for a quote. Months later, we are still receiving nuisance email after email, then a demand for payment for services never requested or supplied! Isn't it illegal to issue an invoice for a product or service not supplied? If not, it should be! We've told our accountant about BMT's conduct.
