Taylor Rosemary Integrative Psychotherapy

Ive been seeing Rosemary for several years now, for both professional and personal issues. It has been my first experience in personal therapy, and I am relieved it has been so pleasant and it remains an important part of my life. For me therapy is about putting feelings into perspective. Its been so helpful understanding how I react to situations. These past few years with Rosemary have given me a lot of peace back in my life, I make better decisions and I have a future where I am more in control of where Im going. Rosemary always seems to be a little ahead of me as she understands how I work, this makes our sessions really productive, but often challenging. Im so glad Ive found Rosemary, and I highly recommend her.

I first heard of Rosemary when a psychologist recommended her and told me she has the reputation of being one of the best (if not the best) psychotherapists in the state. I started seeing her about two years ago, and have found her to be excellent. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience, and has an uncanny ability to identify root cause issues, and develop a realistic and tangible treatment plan to address them. I have noticed significant change in myself thanks to her therapy, and loved ones in my life have noticed positive change in me as well. I have recommended her personally to a number of people, all of who rave about her and found her very helpful. Cant recommend her enough.

In 2015, I engaged Rosemary as my therapist to help me get on op of a very complex office politics situation. Through her very methodical direction, she helped me discover the underlying issues, some of which had been around since childhood. Symptoms like high blood pressure, sleeplessness and constantly high anxiety were constant and I was concerned about becoming over-reliant on medication. Over a 4-month period, to early 2016, I progressed from being in chronic stress and worry to having a solid and positive grip on my career and wellbeing. I would recommend Rosemary to anyone who is keen to take an active role in their recovery, given that successful therapy usually results from a collaborative partnership between client and therapist.
