        My hospital switched to them for all maintenance. Now, every broken tap, damaged machine or faulty air conditioning takes weeks to fix, and they're never available by phone or email. I'm typing this now after being on hold on their "urgent" number for 45 minutes. I can't stress how poor/non-existent their service is, if anyone considers hiring them just know all staff and patients/customers will suffer greatly!
