        I recently used Opteon for a property valuation. Daniel Sander was professional, friendly, knew the area and understood the residential development market well. Daniel delivered the report within the agreed time frame and was helpful in assisting us to achieve our desired development outcomes. Opteon were easy to deal with and we would recommend using them again in the future.

        These guys clearly have no idea what the are doing assessed my land from an office 400 klm away using a third party valuer that was completely incompetent .

        I had 3 evaluations done of my property, and Opteon valuer devalued my property by $20,000 and Commonwealth Bank (which we all know isn't great) did a better job than Opteon. So I had my loan approved by the CB. If I could give Opteon a zero star rating, I would - but this wasn't an option hence the 1 star rating.
