Had our investment property managed by Mastracorp, they managed the leasing and we had lovely tenants. I was always contacted by email and or phone - very helpful group of professionals.

Warning to tenants who are renting- if you could choose a real estate agent you would not choose this one. They don't respond to phone calls or emails. My relatives had the misfortune of renting with Mastracorp; firstly, they did not receive their signed Tenancy Agreement from the very beginning of their lease, which was a sign of the terrible service they were about to receive over the course of their lease. One of the first details that was brought to the attention of Mastracorp was that the gutters of the second storey were completely blocked with leaves. This was not fixed and 12 months later, Adelaide experienced the huge storm and hail stones, the gutters overflowed and our relatives townhouse was flooded. Mastracorp and the home owners could have prevented this with the simple process of having the gutters cleaned, instead our relatives experienced the flooding, mattresses and personal items were damaged. Another one of numerous incidents occurred when the dishwasher broke down and had to be replaced. Our relatives were initially blamed for breaking the dishwasher, however it was confirmed that the dishwasher was faulty and then they had to wait three months for a new dishwasher. Finally, at the end of their lease, after moving out and leaving the property in a much, much cleaner condition than when they moved in, had to wait nearly six weeks for their bond to be refunded and this only happened by our relatives arranging the refund due to Mastracorp not lodging it.
