when the installer came to do the solar panel net/skirt installation at my place looked very professional and explained everything he did and it looked OK until a year and a half later when the mesh installed rusted and fell apart. Once again birds building nests and the mesh was rusting my panels. I got another company to repair the damage done by the Leaf it 2 us which cost me $1500!! I tried for months to reach Maya but never return my communication and refuse to acknowledge any responsibility. So much for Warranties! the ACCC is my next stop! they look good at the beginning but will not follow-up any problem with what they supply!! Response to the note from " owner" : Firstly you contradicted yourself in the note saying that I removed my 5 star review of 2 years ago and at the end of your note you tell everyone to look for my 5 star review ???? It was not removed. I was not going to reply to such a note but changed my mind. To make it clear.. firstly I did not Harras anyone. And the issue of rusty bird mesh happened a long time after the installation was done and as you can see from the picture the product is well below standard. It is not of stainless steel like it should be (and as I was told) and it should also have been UV and PVC coated! very not Australian. Secondly, I have always spoken to Maya your Business Owner/Director which I have always communicated very politely and courteous, she was also very understanding and helpful until I sent the e-mail on the 2/11/22 explaining of the rusting bird mesh your service men installed with photos. I never not heard or had a reply from anyone since. Again, I sent e-mails on the 4/11/22 again explaining the problem and asked for a reply again nothing. I sent another e-mail 8/11/22 and explained that if I did not get a reply the only option I had was to write a review, Again nothing. I wrote an e-mail on the 24/1/22 saying the same thing, again no reply. waited a week but again nothing, then I did the review as the only alternative. As you can see plenty of chances to reply and find a solution to the issue. With or without a warranty there is an expectation of products that are sold to performed and last as expected. (as per ACCC) in this case for a long time...definitely not 2 years Someone has to take accountability for the poor quality of the "bird mesh" installed that I had to have it removed and replaced. And you know who that is. Which would be the Australian thing to do.

This is the 2nd time I've used this company and we are again pleased with the result. The solar panels are sparkling. The guys also discovered a new wasp nest startying to be built and they were happy to remove this for me at a small cost. The job was completed in a professional manner by 2 friendly guys who were on time and got on with the job. I'll use this company again and they will notify me in a timely manner that my gutters or solar panels are due for there next clean Thanks once again
