I am mid way though a post masectomy breast reconstruction and so far I could not be happier with my consults, surgery and results. I was told up front about what results I could expect for my post masectomy reconstruction and given a full explanation of the potential benefits and risks of all potential procedures. I feel like Nick listens and responds to my concerns and respects my wishes.

I had a breast reduction at Adelaide plastic surgery, with Dr Marshall. The scarring post surgery has been really horrific, and when visiting for follow ups have received no real recommendations for solutions other than steroid injections. Have fortunately (through family contacts) found out about a laser clinic that is assisting me in recovery. I was also pretty dissatisfied with the size I was reduced to. In consultations prior to surgery I was informed I wouldnt have much of a say, and that it would be based on my proportions. On the day of the surgery I was asked what size I would like to go down to. This was obviously a surprise to me, and I was cautioned away from going as small as I wanted. Now, just over a year later, my breasts have returned pretty much to the same size- just with horrible keloid scarring. I would recommend exploring other options before this clinic as it was very expensive, and my results have been not even slightly worth the pain and trauma.

Really unhappy with my nose job from dr Nicholas Marshall. Consults were a rush, taking off my cast was so rushed. He decided to test new dissolvable packing on my nose which I struggled to breathe with for weeks, so much so that it did not even dissolve but instead I had to blow my nose so hard to force the packing out. If I didnt do that I would have struggled so long not being able to breathe. He suggested a closed rhinoseptoplasty nose job, in turn creating a round bulbous tip which I didnt have previous to the surgery. He assured me on the day of the surgery that the tip of my nose would contour as it normally looks and only my bump would be removed and my deviated septum would become straight. When I came back for a follow up consult to complain, he rushed the appointment, charged me and had the nerve to blame me for the result. He said you didnt want an open rhinoplasty when really I trusted him (as he is meant to be the professional in this field) to fix my deviated septum and bump. Now Im left struggling to breathe, an even more crooked nose and my tip is so round. Have been given a referral from my GP to see dr Kien Ha and he said my nose is now deformed as a result of dr.marshall. He even said dr. Marshall wont be able to fix my nose, goes to show what reputation he has. Just wants to make a buck!
