        The staff scanned twice and charged me double of the product. Came back all the way back there wasted 40mins and now i have to spend another 20mins back to where i am supposed to be. Luckily, the staff remembered me so i got refund by cash which is im not very happy with. I wanted simple apology. Not like big money or argue involved but simple apology would be right thing to do i think. Not going back to this one.

        My absolute favourite chemist, always lovely and quick with my script. Not to mention, the skin specialist Hayley is a life saver. She introduced me to so many amazing products, and is so kind and friendly. She single handedly helped me manage my eczema, and is the reason why I am more confident in my skin now. Give her a raise!!
