The tech leader Kyle is responsive to phone calls and messages. He came to my house with a notebook and carefully recorded all of the questions and requirement. His team are nice to everyone in my house and my neighbours. The roof of my house has some parts coated with silicone, the team contacted a few experts to find out solutions for how to address the bonding and thus the long-term robustness of the paint. People are all very different, as some people were not very happy with viva in previous reviews. From my perspectives, Viva is the best in terms of cost-effective ness and friendliness. I have no hesitation recommending Viva Painters. My modern two story house was a big job for a domestic painting project, with over 40 squares in area for the house. A team of master painters moved furniture, prepared surfaces, & refreshed it all using the highest quality Dulux paints, including a top of the range Acritex product on the outside. The job was done including scaffolding & boom requirements in just under 3 weeks to meet a special event deadline. There was no compromise on quality & the after job cleanup & return to normality was quick.
