From booking to post op care, the staff at Laser Vision SA were incredible. The consultation was extremely ease and without pressure or commitment, and all necessary information and time to make the decision was afforded. The surgery day was equally well conducted with staff being extremely understanding, easy to converse with, and were very understanding of last minute scheduling changes. I couldnt fault this team (especially Dr Fraenkel), and the experience made me wish Id had this procedure years ago. Vision has been better than 20/20 now for 4 weeks with no complications.

5 stars are not enough stars to sum up my experience with Laser Vision SA. Dr Fraenkel was professional, caring and has given me amazing results. Aside from the return of my vision, the other stand out was his team. Every single staff member I had the pleasure of meeting was warm, caring, professional and extremely knowledgeable. The old saying behind every great man in this case, is a team of Queens who were able to make the whole experience an enjoyable one. Thanks ladies x PS. also now dont wear glasses, like, ever!

I would highly recommend Laser Vision SA to anyone looking to undertake laser eye surgery. As an airline pilot, my eyes and vision are essential to me. I had no doubts trusting Dr Fraenkel and his team from the first consultation to the completion of the surgery. I now have perfect vision without the annoyance of glasses or contacts. It is life changing and would recommend it to anyone.

Having my eye peeled back and my eyeball sizzling like a barbecue party definitely didn't make it onto my bucket list. But hey, kudos to the folks at Laser Vision SA! The receptionist crew were total pros, making sure every T was crossed and every I was dotted. And let's not forget about Dr. Fraenkel and the gang, who performed the procedure while giving me a play-by-play commentary to keep my anxiety at bay. Talk about multitasking! Surprisingly enough, the whole thing was over in a jiffy and now, just two days later, the procedure has already exceeded expectations . Thanks to everyone at Laser Vision SA
