Sarah is outstanding - she is confident in her product knowledge and quick to respond to enquiries. Sarah consulted me with a range of samples at my house - allowing me to fully appreciate the texture and tones in the correct location and lighting. Once my Sage Limestone tiles arrived, there were some concerns with natural markings that were inconsistent with the samples originally provided. Sarah immediately worked to solve the issue and I am so happy with the final outcome.
