I just went in for a manicure and a pedicure, no nail polish, still charged me $65. They did not shape my nails properly, left a lot of my cuticles uncut, did not moisturise my hands after scrubbing my nails which made them really dry. Overall a disappointing experience. Very overpriced.

I believe CINDY did my nails. I went for a simple look on both toes and nails. The continuous roughness from this lady was not needed, the attitude was appalling - not speaking & when she did it was with attitude, on her phone & had an AirPod in the entire time. When it came to my toes she was on the phone speaking with someone. Whilst my toes & nails were being done other customers had come in asking about service and CINDY would shake her head, or be flat out rude. The customer service from this lady was disgusting and unnecessary when she didnt even do that good of a job. Service: Manicure

0 stars if I could have ! I had a negative experience here with my friend who wanted to get pedicures. She was so rough with cutting the skin around my toes she made them bleed. Additionally the big toe is blotchy as she accidentally touched them so she just went heavy in that corner to cover it up. Finally it was a deluxe pedicure but they didnt even scrub my heels or whole foot only the toe area. My friend had a hair stuck in her polish. That is not all but you guys get the picture DO NOT GO IN
