FMS

Avoid FMS at all costs, this company is the most incompetent for timely settlements. They were invited to our settlement 5 days before the scheduled settlement date and then two days before they said they don't know which financial institution they are representing, yet 3 days before they were invited to settle our bank had instructed them to settle on our property. Absolutely incompetent in every aspect, if your bank is considering using these people tell them no, beg them not to because you will miss your settlement.

After numerous calls (and many settlement dates rebooked) to FMS asking why settlement has not gone through and them insisting they are waiting on instruction and the security pack from my bank and my bank saying they have sent it on previous dates up to a month prior! Then finally told once I gave them the exact dates these were sent, oh yes they have indeed received this but waiting on the title search....what!!! Why could they not tell me or my bank this in the first place??? It has been a MONTH!!!
