Harry is truly a wonderful person to deal, from the first meeting until the outcome of my application he was spot on and very much proactive. Even if he is busy he ensure to drop a message to let his customers be aware which is a nice gesture. Always understand the lack of knowledge of his customers and deal with utmost respect and explain things very clearly. My overall experience with Harry was excellent. I strongly recommend his service.

Spoke to Conrad Evans from Smartline mortgages a number of times over the phone from the Waymouth Street office in Adelaide, over the course of a few months. Sent in all my documents to him, evidence, bank statements etc, spent a few evenings getting all the stuff together he required to do a mortgage consultation. He kept stalling for time, sporadic with email replies and hit and miss and does not get back to voicemails or any messages. Spoke to him one day and he said he's so busy and he'll get back to me shortly. Never heard from him despite numerous follow up calls, maybe the other consultants at the office are ok i'm not sure. Totally unprofessional. Maybe the other branches or consultants are professional but not him, remember the name. Stay away from this joker. Would not recommend unless you have plenty of time on your hands to waste, and happy to get no help back for your enquiry and investment in time. Dodgy at best. Go elsewhere. Maybe for some reason if you like disappointment and false promises call the CBD branch and ask for him by name. Note to Conrad, maybe look to retrain in something thats not customer service related.. Something that doesn't require interpersonal communications as this is obviously not one of your strengths. Just some friendly warm advice for you. Unfortunately 0 stars is not possible, one star is way over rated for this clown. If you appreciate honest not sugared up reviews click the like button.
