My fianc and I approached Mikael to assist us with our home loan application. I would not recommend Mikael if you are applying as a Self -Employed applicant as he immediately put our case into the 'too difficult' pile. Thankfully, we didn't take Mikael's advice and promptly approached another broker who was able to get us financial approval (at a much better interest rate) and we settled on our new home in August. We are very disappointed with how we were dealt with by Mikael.

We found Mikael to be essential support in buying our first home. He went beyond just finding the right loan for our situation and was always quick to take our calls and answer our questions no matter how trivial.

I have nothing but positive words for Mikael Liddy who is professional, knowledgeable, kind, sensitive, unbelievably patient and - importantly - a great communicator. My Mum is an older lady and recently sought advice from Mikael on a loan - he made the entire process so easy for her. We felt supported, he kept us informed, was happy to explain things many times (very tolerant!) and the crux - he organised, on behalf of us, a smart solution for Mum. She was ahead of the game, and not out pocket. So Mikael is also trustworthy - we highly recommend him!!
