I had a really bad experience and got racially offended. My car battery went flat and my car was next to this mechanic (about 5-10m away). I went in and ask the price of jumpstarting my car. He told me it was $80 and I thought it is expensive. However, I don't want to waste my time and asked him can I pay with my card. He said no and told me I need to pay $100 if I want to pay with card. He even told me I am not from China and told me Australian use cash instead of card. I didn't want to talk with him after I heard what he said. Then, I got back to my car and called my insurance company to come and jumpstart my car. While I was waiting in my car, he came and said the same thing again, teaching me Australia is not the same as China and people use cash and have at least couple hundreds bucks in their pocket. He even told me to get cash from ATM. I am not from China and I don't know how they pay in China but I don't think I must have cash in my pocket. Horrible experience!!!!! Service: Battery

Tony's old school no nonsense attitude can be confronting but he's genuine bloke and did great job diagnosing and resetting faults on my BMW 335i at a reasonable price.
