All About Body Massage & Pedicure

Made 2 appts for my partner and I. They were confirmed then half hour later cancelled via text. I attempted to call 6 times over a hour period and no answer. Unsure what kind of business model you follow but I'd suggest improving it and actually making a 5 minute call to potential clients to advise why you can or can't do an appointment... Customer service can go a long way.

i went there for massage. lovely lady helps me start a bit earlier as requested. Howeverthe massage room itself is so coldand the lady who massages me needs to frequently go out to pick up phone calls. One time she lefti had wet towel on my legswhich soon becomes cold. During the whole massagemy feet and hands are all cold. This must be the coldest hot stone massage i have ever had. Alsothe dry towel that covers my body is very oiley and has a funky smell. Definitely will not come back.

Took their pedicure and menicurr service! I would say average or below average.. not that happy or impressed.. mainly feels like suitable for nail design or polish. Would not recommend for pedicure or menicure.. took spa pedicure.should have been at least 10 minutes on spa.. kept less then 5 minutes.. then shape of the nails were also not good.

Literally the worst waxing experience I've ever had. I'm not usually a person who likes to write bad reviews but this experience begged for it. Firstly, they used extremely hot wax on my body, because of which I sustained a burn (see picture attached) and when I showed it to them they said that it was an old scar and asked me if I had shown it to a GP already. I was like what?? I tried explaining to them that I just got it because of the hot wax and it is a fresh burn (which is still burning btw). I told them that I did not have it before the waxing experience. They did not own up to their mistake, did not apologise and just ignored the matter all together. On top of that they used so much pressure on me while applying the wax with the applicator, I felt like they were scraping my skin. When I winced, they simply said that I was being too sensitive. After they were done, I showed them the areas on my waxed skin where I could still see hair and they simply said that your skin is too sensitive, it is very risky to do it. I was like, I have done it before and nothing has happened. They then haphazardly finished doing the areas I showed them. When I asked them politely to do my hands and fingers, they did it very carelessly again and even though I paid for full arm wax, they still charged me $10 extra for it. They were even making a fuss saying that my hair was so long and continuously speaking in their own language which made me feel very uncomfortable as I felt like they were gossiping about me. They also kept using the same wax strips over and over again instead of using fresh ones. The horrific waxing experience was then followed by a very sorry excuse for a spa pedicure and honestly by then I just wanted it to end as I was super frustrated. Really bad customer service. I have worked in customer service before and I know how a customer should be treated. When I reached home I could still see many strands of hair which my partner could see from a distance as well. Honestly, I wouldn't reccomend anyone to try this place out. Just an absolute waste of money and time.
