Had my first ever remedial massage appointment here and I can't believe it's taken me so long to have it done. As one of the only places who listed TMJ massage in Adelaide, I thought I'd give it a try after struggling with really bad headaches for a few weeks. I've always had bad tensions in my shoulders and neck but I didn't realise how bad until my session. I walked out feeling like a new person, with free movement in these areas for the first time in a long time and no headache. I can't wait to continue the treatments. Alana was also really friendly and took great care throughout the session.

My massage with Stephen was great as usual. He also gave me some leg stretches to keep me moving. Ive had Bindi do my massages for some years now and she is great too.

Rub massage with Mizu at Marryatville here in Adelaide is relaxing and beneficial. Mizu's technique is intuitive. She uses warm stones and oil to enhance the experience. I have on going back and leg issues, and she really knows how to rebalance me.
