Took nearly a year for a simple claim. Consistent delays and incorrect information given to both me and the insurer. At several points I was blatantly lied to, and when I asked for evidence to support the false statements: no reply. Ended up having to deal with Allianz directly to fix their mistakes and had everything sorted out within 5 minutes on the phone to Allianz.

No service. Just plain unprofessional. It took ages to get claim assessed, then when settlement was queried we got handballed back to the insurer. Ended up communicating with their agents from all over Australia, NSW and WA. Had far more success in the end with Allianz who apologised for the poor outsourcing.

As a loss adjuster, they issued their report based only their assumption. Their report didn't include FACT and Truth. It has only assumption. For example, our pool has a cover. They said the pool is not maintained. How do they know? Due to their poor report, our claim was declined. DO NOT put your assumption in the report. Our garden was destroyed by a large volume of water. But, he said a large volume of water was dispersed and he ignored our damage. How did he know if a large volume of water was dispersed without damage? It's just their assumption.
