Wow wow and wow! I can't thank Laura enough for your recreation of my mum's ring. It is exactly what i was hoping it would look like. I got quite emotional when I opened the box and when I saw it, it flashed straight back at me that I have my ring back! For you to elicit that emotion for your client is truly amazing. I had a wedding booked and my wedding ring wasn't going to fit. 4 days before my wedding I contacted the Laura just hoping I could get something done. She couldn't have been more helpfull. Made my ring to suit and got it to me 2 days later. I'm in qld and they are in south Australia. The ring is beautiful and my wedding has been saved. I can't recommend these guys enough. Customer service goes above and beyond. 100 stars if I could give them that many.
