My partner and I designed my engagement ring with Utopian Creations and from the get go, their customer service has been flawless. The team are kind, creative, personable & passionate about creating the most stunning bespoke rings. I knew I wanted something unique and didnt want the typical blingy diamond. Julia put me at ease and helped me choose the most beautiful green sapphire from Rubyvale. I wouldnt choose anyone else to help design & make such a special, personal ring that I will wear proudly & admire for a lifetime. I had my engagement ring made by Utopian Creation, and I have nothing but high praises. The ring was exactly what I wanted, and the team has been incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, from the ring design through to delivery. They made an effort to ensure that I was satisfied, and when I realised that I mis-measured my ring size, they promptly resized it for me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a jeweller.

We engaged Utopian Creations to custom design and make an eternity ring to complement my existing jewellery. Julia made the whole process so easy and relaxed with good communication, patience and thoughtful suggestions. Our preference for ethically-sourced stones was no trouble. I cannot fault Ben and the team at Utopian Creations. From my very first enquiry, i knew i was in good hands. Ben is amazing, knowledgable and happy to help wherever he can. I purchased a gem to view at home as i am based interstate. The process was fast and easy. Although i decided not to keep the gem, Ben's service did not change. If you're after a team that puts their customers first, look no further.

Purchased a bespoke ring from them from Victoria during the pandemic. They were great, sent me continuous updates and express delivered the item to me upon completion. They stuck to their timelines as well. I would definitely reccomend purchasing them. Totally safe and secure.
