Too many Uber orders to care for actual people in the restaurant. Took too long to take our order and then took too long to get food to us not good Sushi planet, up your game!!

Very disappointed had to wait 47 mins for food and drinks didnt end up get our drinks .. rice was sticky no flavour service was the worst Ive never seen before .. there was no hi or smiles from the waiters we were about to walk out . Definitely will never go back .

Table wasnt ready for ten minutes. We then were ignored so had to get attention to order. 40 minutes later not a single item from our order- its sushi, surely you can get my son 4 pieces of tuna out in 40 minutes. So we hit 5 minutes until last orders, not knowing if we can even order anymore so we paid for our 30 minute wait drinks and left. One hour and not a single item to eat. Back to Mugen House, a friendly, delicious, staffed all you can eat. Oh also this is not all you can eat or order..just rolls and nigiri. The overpriced other items are on top. We were told by management normally all you can eat is 25 to 35 wait times, but if you know you are going to be busy, why have 2 waiters and 1 doing uber eats and only 3 in the kitchen. It was frustrating seeing tables with food get more food knowing at the 45 minute mark we asked how things were going, to be ignored once again.
