        Do your yourself a favour and do not stay at the Sofitel when in Adelaide! Absolutely appalling service from the barrister in the foyer cafe, even complaining to the manager on duty I got nothing but a rude forget it and go about your day. Not an apology and after being asked to wait aside for our coffee he returns 20min later asking what did you order?!! Disgusted and learn the meaning of customer service.

        Stayed three days for a conference in the hotel conference room. Great hotel. Very comfortable and luxurious. Service throughout was great. I had an empty bottle of Penfolds Grange in my room as a memento, which the cleaning staff efficiently threw out!!! The staff turned the hotel upside down to find it. A chap named Reiner even went into the recycling bin to eventually find it! Very grateful to get it back.
