Waste of time , electrician arrived outside of appointment window . I wasnt home , he told my wife itd be cheaper to go to Bunnings . When I rang the company I could only speak to a young girl with no electrical knowledge who said he must know what hes doing . I guess he got paid .

Install went well, so far twin tank working well. However getting an owners manual is like pulling teeth. Phone calls and SMS's go nowhere with empty promises always made. Need to just search the internet.

Thank you to Beau from Accredited Power Saver, he replaced my non LED globes with LED globes last Thursday. Beau was exceptional - efficient and polite. Thank you also to the administrator team who kept me updated with dates, times etc. I would highly recommend Accredited Power, particularly if you are fortunate enough to get Beau.

Whatever "energy efficiency" this garbage hot water pump system provides will be entirely offset by the fact that apparently it is mandatory that it is hooked up to your Main Load rather than Dedicated circuit - my power bill is now 95% "Peak" (ie I am paying at a higher rate). When shocked by this bill and after spending time contacting my energy provider, it was determined that this was entirely referable to all of my hot water usage suddenly being in 'Peak' where on my previous, normal hot water system, it was all 'off-Peak' by virtue of being connected to the dedicated circuit.. Contacting this company which installed the system under the pretence of "saving my household money on our power bill", an explicit claim they make multiple times in writing upon organising to have the system installed, they then confirmed that "it is well-known that this system must be connected to the Main Load". I followed up informing them that this has not reduced my power bill but actually increased it since the tiny % decrease in water usage (which may or may not be referable to the system itself - entirely possible my household are just having slightly shorter showers and using dishwasher a little less) is fully offset and even eclipsed by all of my hot water now being charged as Peak usage. After this single email where we questioned it, Accredited Power Saver now no longer reply to any contact from me and I now need to pay hundreds of dollars to have their $33 garbage system which they install so cheap under a taxpayer-funded NSW Government scheme, replaced. There was nothing wrong with my existing Hot Water System which they took away and destroyed (or sold for scrap maybe??), so this never needed to be replaced in the first place. I was merely conned by the promise of a next to nothing brand new one that promised to future-proof and add value to my home under claims of energy efficiency 'accredited' and approved by the NSW Government.
