        Nice show, but terrible management of tickets. Had 2nd row tickets in the first raised level. Found out the hard way that myself and two others had been moved downstairs, through the gates not being opened on the level. Not notified prior to the event even though this could be seen in advance. Told at the counter that my tickets had been "upgraded". More like a significant downgrade. We went from very good seats (near front seats, center stage) to restricted view seats on a lower level, and far back in the group of people. Nice way to treat people for mothers day weekend. Cannot recommend the Festival Theatre. If you want to experience good theatre management, look elsewhere.
