        I can't say it is terrible, but there needs to be some speed put especially to applications of school. Because i understand that ones an application is done, an email is supposed to be sent to the student, notifying him/her that application has been done and is being processed and to expect news from the Agent. But in my case, i applied for a school like 3 days ago but till now, no email from the school. Compared to a friend who also applied, and got the email after 1 day. So check on that. Otherwise nice customer service.
