I recently had a cleaning appointment with Dr. Elina Sam and unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the overall service I received. I had an appointment at 5:10 PM and I was leaving at 5:28 PM- this was an 18 minute consultation for which they charged me almost $200 dollars. During my appointment, I felt that she was rushing through the cleaning and did not take enough time to thoroughly clean my teeth, so I ended up leaving with my teeth feeling unclean. While I was on the chair the doctor and her assistant were talking about their personal issues and I felt they were not paying attention to what they were doing. I was disappointed that the money I spent did not equate to the quality of service I received. When I asker the receptionist about this she said the appointment went quick because I have a good hygiene but when I got home I noticed that some areas were skipped entirely, I can see plaque and tartar along the gum line and I was left with lingering feeling that everything wasn't done correctly. Overall, I feel that the quality of care I received during my appointment was not up to the standards that I expect from a dental office (Ive been to a few in Adelaide and a consultation takes at least 35-40 minutes. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this dentist to others based on my experience

Ryan is the best he explains everything in detail and makes me always comfortable and relaxed because he knows I have anxiety.He is just wonderful.The nurse was so lovely who helped him.The moment you walk the receptionist are all very pleasant.
