        Donna and the staff I have met in person are terrific. Make sure you get your teeth scanned as the aligners will be a better fit than using the impression kit. On the downside, SDC customer service is pretty bad. I've emailed 5 times trying to get an account statement. I still don't have a response. The call centre experience is chaotic.on balance I should have chosen a local more professional organisation.
