        I would strongly advise against using Stevens Partners for any conveyancing needs. My experience with this organisation was nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did they fail to follow up on my enquiries with the landlord, but they also failed to ensure that the soil was removed from the land before settlement. To make matters worse, Emma Barnett from Stevens Partners was extremely pushy and forced us to settle on the land before the soil was fully removed. As a result, I was forced to pay an additional $500 to remove the soil from my land after settlement. Overall, I found Stevens Partners to be the worst conveyancing organisation ever. They clearly do not care about their clients and are more interested in getting deals done quickly than ensuring that everything is done correctly. Save yourself the hassle and avoid Stevens Partners at all costs.
