If google allow us to give 0 star that would be great for these people, I have tried to call them to find out if I can do disability course, i got reply from the lady in very bad manner as she said they are not doing any courses at the moment. It was just very unprofessional and rude to heard.

Everyone there has no time to talk to you and help you out..they will never take your call if taken will be so rude and won't even listen you. Strictly 0 ratingand not recommended.

Hello everyone, i would have given zero star to smp. The staff is very rude and doesn't even know how to talk with students. I finished my certificate months back, i sent them so many mails to get me placements but no response, the lady who is responsible for giving placements is way too rude and doesn't want to listen to you, they have allocated only one day and specific time in a week to discuss about placements, that's your headache to be there at that time, you can't be late but that lady can make you sit there for hours. Last week i been there, the lift was not working, i went there by stairs 10 floors, and that lady just simply said come tomorrow we are busy today.. like seriously. Very unprofessional, worse staff ever, does not have any good contacts with aged care agencies to get placements. Please, please don't go to smp. Thank

If there is a zero star options i will give that too. You guys put timing on Google maps until 1600. And you guys close at 1400. The lift is not working, at least you should put a notice on notice board on ground floor that you closed.i have to walk through stairs for. 9 floor and i see its closed. Worst service ever.
