Discovery Parks - Head Office

We stayed 4 nights at Swan Valley 3 nights at 53 dollars a night and the 4th night we were charged 77 dollars no reason given except they can do this we would never have stayed the extra night in a half empty park had we known they would charge 77 dollars for an extra night this is a joke

We have been members for years and always go away, but theses holidays make it hard due to the price increase on cabins and the fact U have to book 3 days or more in get in and U can't use your benifits in the holidays. 5 star hotel in the city are cheaper It needs to be reviewed.

A review I posted on this site 2 or 3 months ago has been deleted, Im assuming, by Discovery Parks- certainly not by me. Discovery Parks will NOT extend Travel Auction vouchers even for reasons of illness. Other Caravan chains will extend voucher times, but not Discovery so be aware of this when bidding on a Travel Auction holiday at a Discovery Park. They just keep your money! This happened to us this year and they pocketed our $200! Not even a Sorry. We are steering clear of Discovery Parks if we can

You need to do something about the covid hypercrites serving in the cafe at discovery geelong. NO SIGN IN SHEET. NOT WEARING A MASK THAT COVERS HER NOSE. NOT ASKING THE GREY NOMADS WHO WERE SERVED PRIOR TO ME TO SIGN IN. yet I was told to go back to retrieve my phone and then come back to order my coffee. Wasnt asked when we bought breakfast and coffee at check in. HYPOCRITES unless your grey stay away. And that will be what I suggest to all our friends on the road. Not all fulltime travellers are grey nomads. They should remember that.

Zero customer service. Try to call head office. No response.. someone picked up phone ones out of 5 try and disconnected.
