        Tried buying Pre-Built PC. Order was stuck on hold by Anti-Fraud system and wouldn't accept any proof of ID but was quick to accept my refund request - waste of $17+.

        I was purchasing some hardware for my son and having a bit of trouble with debit card. Staff were friendly, very patient and helpful. After 40 mins I called it quits. Came back next day and all went well.

        Super happy with today's service. They had everything i wanted.. plus an extra star for the lad who took all my purchases to my parked car. I had a young kid with me and before I knew it he was assisting. all with a smile. On a Saturday morning. Legend :)
